We take our customer’s privacy seriously and we will only collect, store and use your personal information as outlined below. All the information contained herein is correct at the time of publication.

We collect two types of information from visitors to our website: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information. If you purchase our products or services from our website, we collect the personal identifiable information from you such as your name, email address, and shipping address, as well as financial information such as a credit card number and its expiration date. The personally identifiable information we collect for billing purposes and to complete orders. If you have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Returns & Refund Policy

We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before sign the delivery order. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately or within 7 days from date of receive thru contact us at +607-438 3523 or email to customerservice@tinshen.com.my. Any report of damaged made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

In rare cases where product have minor scratches and dents, we will be touched up, repaired or replaced.

Refund

If there is serious quality issue on our product or the product you have order has no stock due to fast selling or factory stock record wrongly, we will make the refund to you in 5-7 working days.

Currently we do not accept refund request for actual product colour and product photo colour different except it is totally different product (For example you have order coffee table , but we sending console table). Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Please believe in us that we have try our best to take best shoot of the actual product photo to make sure you get what you see.

Clearance Items/ Offer Item

There will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties for items which are under clearance or offer item, unless otherwise stated. The product descriptions of clearance items or offer item will clearly state their defects (if any). A compulsory, non-refundable delivery charge of RM80 is applicable should you reject or cancel the order of a clearance item or offer item upon delivery.

Tin Shen Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights and full discretion to decide each return/ refund/ exchange cases and reserves the rights to reject any request or return if they are deemed unfit for return/ refund/ exchange by our staff.
